Mountain View, CA – January 3, 2007 – Commtouch® (Nasdaq: CTCH) announced today that it signed eight new licensing agreements during the fourth quarter of 2006.
The companies that signed with Commtouch include:
* Managed service providers
* Security Hardware vendors
* Secure Messaging providers
The fourth-quarter deals are with companies based in North America, Europe and Asia, and they include an agreement with Openwave Systems Inc., which was announced December 21, 2006.
Overall, the Company signed licensing agreements with 30 companies during 2006, bringing the total count of OEM partnerships to 57.
